Tarpley VFD is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. We survive because YOU provide us with:

  • Your cash donation,
  • Your item(s) for our annual auction,
  • Your participation in our annual picnic & auction,
  • Your time.

Without the above, Tarpley VFD would be unable to continue to operate. We are people like you. We buy only what we need to serve your community, and we stretch every dollar.

We accept financial donations year around, and especially during our summer fundraising period. Please assign your tax deductible donations to "Tarpley VFD" and mail to our postal address. We will send you a receipt.

Since this is your fire department, we believe in being as transparent as possible, while protecting private information of our benefactors and those who need our service. We will not publish financial reports on the internet due to concern about information piracy and misuse. Detailed information may be obtained by contacting us directly. To that end, we offer the following information.

Below you will find links to our Business Meetings. Posting the minutes lags typically 4 to 6 weeks because we must read and approve the minutes at the next month's meeting.
